This little free app helps your brain generates gamma waves with relaxation and meditation.

Experiments with Tibetan Buddhist monks practicing meditation have shown a correlation between gamma waves and transcendental mental states.

A gamma wave is a pattern of neural oscillation with a frequency between 25 and 100 Hz. It is linked to consciousness, attention, learning and memory.

Meditation is known to have a number of health benefits such as stress reduction, mood elevation, and increased life expectancy of the mind and its cognitive functions.

You need to relax, meditate or even sleep, combine relaxing sounds and adjust left and right volumes.
